Terms

By listing yourself or booking a spot, you agree to these terms. Human Ads is a marketplace. It is not an employer, an agency or a social network.

Who runs it

People who list

• You must be 19 or older.
• You only upload photos of yourself that you have the right to use. Photos of other people need their permission.
• You confirm you can wear a booked logo on the date you set.
• By default, bookings close 7 days before the event or wear date, because tattoos and prints need time. The minimum is 3 days.
• You let Human Ads show your listing photos and logo spots on this site.
• You can ask us to remove your listing at any time at hello@humanads.app.

Brands

• Brands give a logo, link, name and email.
• Prices go up as a spot is booked: the next price is double the last booking, or the opening price if there is none. A "buy now" price may also be offered.
• Payments are currently switched off. Right now you can't book or pay, and nothing is charged. When payments open, checkout runs through Stripe in EUR, and this page will be updated first.

Fees

The listed price is what the brand pays. It includes a 20% platform fee. The person gets 80%, minus the cost of their item and its shipping (shown before you list, e.g. t-shirt ~€31).

Items

T-shirt, hoodie, cap (made by Printful), temporary tattoo on request. We print the logo on the largest available area.

Pilot

During the pilot, brands are invoiced by Stripe Payment Link and payouts to people are made manually after proof. Contact: hello@humanads.app.

Proof of wear

After the event, the person uploads 1 to 3 proof photos through a secret link. Proof photos are private: only that person and Human Ads admins see them. We use them only to confirm the booking was delivered and to process payment. They are deleted 6 months after the event.

Content rules

No illegal, hateful or sexual content, and no marks you don't have the right to use. We may remove a listing or booking that breaks the law or these terms.

Social media

Human Ads never posts anything to social media for anyone.

Liability

Human Ads is provided as is. We are not responsible for missed events, venue or organizer rules, or a brand's use of its own trademarks. Check the event's rules before you wear a brand.

If these terms change, we update this page and the date below.
