Human Ads (humanads.app) is a marketplace where people sell logo spots on their clothes or skin at events, and brands book them.

Who is responsible

Nils Kopp runs Human Ads and is responsible for your personal data.

What we collect from people who list

• Display name, photos and an optional short video.
• Logo spots, prices, the event or place, and the wear date.
• Optional: follower count, platform and bio.
• Proof photos you upload after the event.

Age check

You must be 19 or older to list. We ask for your birthdate and a confirmation checkbox. We use the birthdate only for this check and don't store it. We don't ask for ID.

What we collect from brands

Brand name, email, website link and logo file. When payments are on, Stripe handles the card payment. We never see or store card numbers.

Shipping data

If you're booked, we collect your name, shipping address, phone (optional) and clothing size so our print partner can make and ship your item. We delete this within 6 months after your event.

Why we use it

• To show your listing publicly so brands can book you.
• To handle bookings and, once payments are on, payments and payouts.
• To check proof that a booked logo was worn.

What is public and what is private

• Public: your display name, listing photos, logo spots, prices, event and wear date.
• Private: proof photos. Only you (with your secret link) and Human Ads admins can see them.

How long we keep it

Personal data and photos are deleted automatically 6 months after the event. You can ask us to delete them sooner. We keep transaction records only as long as the law requires.

Your choices

• Ask to see, correct or delete your data: email hello@humanads.app.
• Ask to remove your listing at any time. Booked and paid spots are handled under the Terms.
• You can refuse the data consent, but then we can't publish your listing.

Who processes data for us

• Cloudflare: hosting, database and file storage (Workers, D1, R2).
• Cloudflare Workers AI: creates the optional extra photo angles from your front photo. It is not used for anything else.
• Stripe: payments, once payments are switched on.
• Printful, Inc. (prints and ships clothing items) and Printify, Inc. (temporary tattoos) receive your name, address, size and the brand logo only to fulfil the order. Stripe processes brand payments.
• Analytics: only if you tap "Allow analytics" and analytics are set up.

Cookies

We use essential storage for your cookie choice and your language. There are no advertising cookies. Analytics run only after you allow them.

Social media

Human Ads never posts anything to social media for you.
